Our schools are part of the Professional Unification of Martial Arts (PUMA), a national organisation with over a hundred schools and thousands of members around the country.

PUMA instructors have extremely high standards and a huge amount of experience in teaching Taekwon-do and kickboxing to all ages and experience levels, from our 4-year-old Little PUMA's to elite international competitors.
